UUCIF Forum Held at UUCIF in 2008

Benjamin Gisin, publisher of "Touch the Soil", a publication that covers food security, responsible organics, sustainable agriculture, and local food, recently spoke at a forum held at the UUCIF. Ben articulated sobering information about the world's food supply. This important topic affects each of us. Ben gives the straight talk on issues and always looks for positive actions being taken by people around the country. You can find out more about Touch the Soil by Clicking here.
